You will oversee production, quality and presentation of pastries and desserts used in daily menus, manage the pastry team, and ensure adherence to company policies and schedules.

You will forecast production, monitor leftovers to control costs, supervise display setup across buffets, and ensure compliance with USPH rules. xysqume
