Cruise Ship Pastry Chef de Partie — Lead Production

Celebrity Cruises seeks an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie (CDP Pastry) to oversee the pastry galley operations aboard our ship. You will lead, coach and evaluate the pastry team while ensuring daily production, quality, and presentation of desserts for all menus.

Responsibilities include forecasting production, minimizing waste, ensuring USPH compliance, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping in public areas. Shipboard role based in Italy region.
