Are you a seasoned Executive Chef with substantial cruise ship experience, looking for your next challenge on land? This is a unique opportunity to manage a large-scale operation in Egypt, comprising 20 food and beverage outlets, including an all-day buffet restaurant, à la carte restaurants, lounges, pool bars, and ad-hoc restaurant concepts.
**The Role**:
- Oversee daily operations for diverse F&B outlets
- Lead and manage a large culinary team to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations across multiple restaurants and bars
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cost control
**Requirements**:
- Extensive cruise ship experience, ideally managing large teams and operations
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing complex F&B outlets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Single or married status (no children)
**Salary**: US$100,000 - US$120,000 net per year
**Start Date**: Available January 2025
**Location**: Egypt (accommodation provided)
Pay: €110,000.00 - €120,000.00 per year
