Cruise Manager | AYANA Komodo

As a Cruise Manager at AYANA Komodo, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all cruise operations and activities. You will work closely with the cruise director and crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily itineraries, managing guest services, overseeing onboard entertainment and activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing guest feedback and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the cruise.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of cruise industry operations and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
