We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Cruise Experience Manager to join our team. As the face of our cruise line, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic tour planning and execution.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative tour packages that cater to diverse guest interests and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs and providing personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless excursion execution, from planning to delivery.
- Monitor guest feedback and concerns, escalating issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Provide language support during excursions, facilitating effective communication between guests and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the tourism industry.
- Fluency in English and Italian, with proficiency in German and French (and/or Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
