About the Role:
The Cruise Concierge plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience on board. As part of our Guest Relations team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized service to our guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owns the overall Group, Loyalty & Concierge Class experience for each guest.
- Acts as primary contact and advocate for all guests with increased focus on VIP list, loyalty groups and concierge class passengers.
- Maintains complete knowledge of ship information including revenue products, voyage/destination details and guest preferences.
