As a Cruise Consultant, you will be an ambassador for the cruise lines with in depth training on various destinations, history of the cruise line companies, lodging and activities onboard for potential clients to create an incredible vacation. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily communication with team members.
- Research all aspects of the destination needs.
- Prepare and present vacation itineraries.
- Make reservations for car rentals, flights, hotels, etc.
- Respond to all inquiries promptly.
- Document all clients' needs properly to ensure requests and needs are met.
- Follow all company procedures and policies.
- Follow up with all clients with any and all additional needs.
- Attend live trainings
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a phone (laptop also preferred, but not required)
- Must have good internet connection.
- Must be able to handle working under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
- Ability to plan and manage client’s needs with little to no supervision.
