Job Description
Opportunity for a chief stewardess on a 50m private/charter motor yacht, currently in Italy. Permanent position starting within the next 10 days.
Salary: €6000 per month plus 38 days of leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proven chief stewardess experience on 40m+ yachts.
- Strong administrative skills, including Voly accounting experience.
- Active head of department who can work hands‑on.
- Deliver high‑quality service and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Physical active, enjoys sports and hobbies.
- Positive, patient, adaptable, and a team player.
- Non‑smoker and moderate drinker.
- Commitment to a friendly and cohesive team environment.
Contract & Compensation
Contract type: Permanent.
Experience required: 2+ years.
Itinerary: France, Italy (summer) and Mediterranean (winter).
Qualifications
- STCW95 ENG1 certification.
- Proven experience on boats 40m+.
- Strong administrative and accounting skills.
- Excellent housekeeping and service knowledge.
