Responsibilities Commanding yachts in the 30–40 meter range. Strong Mediterranean cruising experience. Crew management. Coordinate shipyards, suppliers, and maintenance. Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal relations with the owner. Contract & Itinerary Contract: Seasonal. Itinerary: 2026 Med Palmarola and Ponza from 16–20 July, returning to Marina Netter from 21–23 July (Summer). Qualifications MCA Master 500 GT (or equivalent) preferred. Experience: 3 years + (as captain or comparable role). Spanish language would be an advantage; Italian is a plus. Other Malta flag; please apply only if applicable.
