Luise Yachting Riviera
The position is a seasonal role aimed at supporting the Operations Departments based in Portofino and Genova within the extended Riviera area. The role requires a reliable team member to assist in the implementation of current operations by delivering high-standard concierge, logistic and technical services through a variety of daily tasks, ensuring the successful fulfillment of clients' requests, the Company's global operations, management directives, and overall performance targets during the seasonal period.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES under the responsibility of the OPS ManagerCustomers' welcome on site with the OPS Manager;Reception of requests and execution of services;Suppliers' invoices verification according to quotations & service provided;Company database datas entry (services ordered & delivered / contact details / documents compliance);Invoices drafting;Ordering stationary furniture and various items for the office;Support the OPS Manager on the overall activities.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
2 or more years of Maritime / Yachting agency experience (not compulsory);Certificate of higher education;Basic knowledge of the Yachting Industry and its stakeholders;Onboard experience is a plus;Bilingual in the
English
Italian Languages (written & verbal), any other language is a plus;Information Technology proficiency "Microsoft office";Proficiency on database management tools.
