We value every voice and create an inclusive workplace that reflects the world we explore.### Your life on boardAs an Animator Cruise Staff you will entertain guests in the various activities and promote interactions between them during the cruise through energy, sympathy and professionality.### Demonstrate your passion* You will involve Guests in games and dancing activities, helping them to interact each other by removing language barriers.* You will organize the animation activities to fit Guests expectations and needs.* You will collaborate across departments to enhance guest entertainment and drive revenue.### Getting Things Right* You will manage customer feedback taking direct action or addressing them to the supervisor to provide a fast and effective solution.* You will participate in daily meeting with Animation Team to plan and organize the working activities.### Safety First* You will actively contribute to a dynamic work environment, emphasizing safety as a core value for everyone.* You will support health and safety culture onboard.### What makes you unique* You have at least a secondary school Diploma – preferably in hospitality or tourism.* You have at least a B1 spoken level of English and are familiar with other European languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish) at B1/B2 level.* You gained previous experience as Entertainer in hotels, resorts or on board.* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong public speaking abilities.* You are a curious, creative and outgoing person who enjoys interacting with others.##### Bring your ambitions to life.
