* STCW High Voltage training certificate.
Experience on board a cruise ship is desirable but not essential. The role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, hands-on attitude, self-motivation, dependability, and strong communication skills. Leadership development is supported, including supervising junior officers, cadets, and technicians. The position is part of a Talent Pool, and start dates may vary.
