1st Officer/Mate – 40m Private Yacht, Med (Permanent)

Bluewater is seeking a 1st Officer/Mate for a brand new 40m private motor yacht in the Mediterranean. The role requires 2+ years as Mate on a vessel of similar size, plus hands-on experience with mooring, docking, driving and bridge watch on longer passages.

You will lead the deck team of 3, handle paperwork, and ensure ISM compliance. This permanent position offers 60 days of leave, with itineraries including Sardinia, Corsica, Sicily, Italian and French coasts for 2026 summer and Italy 2026/27
