Yachtmaster Mate & Stewardess for 30m Sail Yacht

A yacht recruitment agency is searching for a Mate and Stewardess team for a 30-meter sail yacht based in Spain. The Mate should possess a Yachtmaster 200 GT qualification and have good watchkeeping experience, while the Stewardess will be responsible for managing the yacht's interior and housekeeping. Ideal candidates are experienced sailors with a history of working on similarly sized yachts, ready for summer sailing in the Aegean and Mediterranean and winter 2026/27 in the Caribbean.
