- Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice on yacht specifications, market trends, and financing options to clients.
- Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: A successful track record as a yacht broker or in a similar high-value sales role within the marine industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the yachting market, including new and brokerage sales, yacht brands, and Mediterranean cruising grounds.
- Client-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building long-term client relationships.
- Self-Motivated: A driven, results-oriented professional with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Local Expertise: Familiarity with Mallorca's yachting community and fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German, or French) are highly desirable.
