Yacht Refit Sales Representative in Palma

Are you enthusiastic about the yachting world and experienced in commercial sales? An established private maritime company located right at Muelle Viejo de Palma in Mallorca is seeking a dedicated Yacht Refit Sales Representative to strengthen its commercial operations. In this role, you will be stationed directly at Palma's maritime heart, connecting with boat owners, crew, and project managers to drive business in yacht refit and repair projects.

As a sales representative in yacht refit and maintenance, your day‑to‑day focus revolves around identifying commercial opportunities and providing dependable advisory to yacht owners and captains.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, acquiring, and retaining national and international clients who require yacht refit and vessel maintenance solutions.
• Managing ongoing communication and building lasting relationships with private boat owners, captains, and international management agencies.
• Representing the company actively at nautical trade fairs, industry gatherings, and local yachting events in Palma and beyond.
• Acting as the primary commercial point of contact for ongoing boat maintenance and refit inquiries from start to finish.

Requirements

• Proven professional track record and solid background in sales and customer acquisition.
• Practical understanding and knowledge of vessels, boats, and general nautical operations.Very high proficiency in English, allowing you to negotiate smoothly and converse with international clientele.
• Possession of your own vehicle as well as valid driving licenses for both car (Carnet B) and motorcycle.
• Holding a recreational skipper certificate such as PER (Patrón de Embarcaciones de Recreo) or higher will be positively valued.
