Yacht Refit Sales Executive

Are you passionate about the maritime industry and looking to take the next step in your sales career right in the heart of Mallorca? A private company in the nautical sector is currently looking for a motivated and experienced Marine Refit Sales Representative based at Muelle Viejo in Palma. In this on-site role, you will be directly involved in the thriving yachting market of the Balearic Islands, managing key relationships and helping yacht owners and captains bring their refit and maintenance projects to fruition.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around growing business and maintaining trusted client relationships across the maritime community. Specifically, you will focus on:

• Prospecting and acquiring new clients, both national and international, for yacht maintenance and refit services
• Building and maintaining long-term loyalty with existing clients throughout their project lifecycles
• Representing the company actively at nautical industry events, boat shows, and networking meetings
• Coordinating closely with clients to understand their technical refit specifications and delivering tailored proposals

To succeed in this role, you bring a genuine enthusiasm for boats as well as a proven track record in commercial sales. The core requirements for the position include:

• Demonstrated experience in commercial sales and client relationship management
• Solid knowledge of boats, yachts, and general marine systems
• A very high level of English (fluent spoken and written), enabling smooth communication with international clients
• Valid driving license for passenger cars (Class B) and motorcycle license
• Access to your own personal vehicle for mobility across local sites
• Holding a PER (Patrón de Embarcaciones de Recreo) or higher nautical certification is considered a valuable plus

• A permanent employment contract (contrato indefinido) in a stable and expanding sector
• A structured working schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00
• An attractive compensation package consisting of 33,000 EUR gross per year plus additional sales commissions
