pBluewater Yachting is seeking a Mate for a 26m private sailing yacht based in Palma de Mallorca. This role involves assisting the Captain and maintaining high service levels for up to 6 guests and 3 crew members. The yacht primarily sails in Greece during the summer months. /ppThe ideal candidate must possess certifications such as STCW and Yachtmaster Offshore, along with sailing experience and excellent service qualities.
