Customer Success Manager - EMEA
Location: Remote (Spain preferred) | Full-Time
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Sales team.
As a company operating at the intersection of travel tech , B2B SaaS , and luxury services , we’re building a platform that enables seamless, intelligent, and high-touch experiences in one of the world’s most exclusive industries.
In your role, you will drive and maintain revenue through consistent relationship building and help shape the evolution of our platform beyond yachting into the broader luxury travel & experiences ecosystem. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and play a pivotal role in shaping CIs reach in EMEA and APAC.

Your Mission
Convert inbound and outbound leads into new accounts through consultative selling and product demos, managing the full sales cycle independently using HubSpot CRM.
Lead the expansion of business in your assigned region by developing and implementing new sales strategies with the support of senior management.
Manage accounts throughout the year, nurturing relationships to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional software features.
Own the renewal process, proactively engaging clients and meeting renewal targets to maximise customer retention and recurring revenue.
Represent the company at global yacht shows, traveling up to 25% of the time to build industry presence and secure new business.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with proven success managing accounts and renewals.
Fluency in at least two of: English, Italian, or French; Spanish, Russian, or German a plus.
Exceptional relationship-building, consultative selling, and communication skills.
Proficient with Sales CRM and reporting (Hubspot preferred).
Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time for yacht shows and client meetings.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.

Experience in the yachting, luxury and/or travel industry.
