Overview :

This role is responsible for growing Charter Itinerary’s Yacht Listings globally. The position is pivotal for the company's long term growth and requires a results-driven and performance-minded individual. The Specialist will act as a business developer but also oversee the onboarding process and liaise with internal stakeholders (Ops, Support, Product) to act as the primary Listing Program owner in the company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify and target charter management companies and divisions worldwide for partnership and yacht listing opportunities according to set targets.
  • Achieve quarterly targets of : quantity of yachts & central agencies
  • Build relationships and conduct outreach via email, phone, and in-person meetings to present the platform and provide value to your portfolio of clients. For that purpose, build and nurture opportunities and contacts, segment communications and refine your sales strategy, utilizing all tools available to their maximum potential.
  • Participate in industry events to represent the platform and develop further opportunities;
  • Onboarding & Relationship Management
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring smooth and timely integration into the MLS and handover to Ops.

Cooperate with marketing to keep listing clients up to date with the latest enhancements of the platform and grow accounts;

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for charter management leadership, maintaining regular communication and providing ongoing updates about platform features.
  • Analysis & Research
  • Analyze yacht usage data and market trends to identify high-potential listing opportunities.
  • Conduct client research to find appropriate contacts and understand company structures within target organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on onboarding progress and market insights internally and externally including by driving the creation and optimization of a core MLS dashboard.
  • MLS Specialist
  • Support the Product team with customer discovery and support your portfolio of clients by advocating for platform features they need and can contribute to the enhancement of the platform.

Requirements :

  • Marketplace onboarding and yachting experience preferred (1-3 years).
  • Experience at SaaS company will be valued
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious partnership and / or sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for market and client research.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills; confident, well-spoken, and outgoing presence.
  • Fluent English (native or near-native); fluency in at least one of : French, Italian, Russian, or German.
  • Comfortable representing partner interests to internal stakeholders and advocating for platform improvements.
