Yacht Chief Stewardess

AHS, a prestigious real estate company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Yacht Chief Stewardess to join our team. As the Yacht Chief Stewardess, you will be responsible for supervising the interior team and ensuring that our guests receive unparalleled service and luxury experiences onboard our yachts. This leadership role requires exceptional hospitality skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the yachting industry.
Responsibilities
Oversee all interior operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage service, and guest activities
Supervise and train the stewardess team, fostering a positive and professional working environment
Develop and implement service standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
Manage the inventory of supplies, food, and beverages, ensuring efficient operations
Plan and execute special events and tailor services to meet guest preferences
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all guest areas and interiors onboard
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess or in a similar leadership role on luxury yachts
Exceptional knowledge of yacht service standards, housekeeping, and hospitality practices
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Flexibility to work long hours and travel as required
Proficiency in relevant software and technology
STCW certification and ENG1 medical certificate
