Yacht Account Manager

Pinmar Yacht Supply is one of the largest European suppliers of nautical products through our stores and supply teams. We are currently looking for a proactive and client-focused Yacht Account Manager at our offices in Palma de Mallorca.

Position: Yacht Account Manager.

Location: Palma de Mallorca (on-site).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Nautical knowledge/experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP is a plus.
• High level of English.
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, converting them into sales through tailored proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with yacht clients through daily on-site visits (events, shipyards, marinas).
• Deliver excellent customer service across all communication channels, ensuring client retention and growth.
• Manage orders, quotations, and client requests in coordination with internal teams.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and outstanding receivables within your portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
