Yacht account manager

Pinmar Yacht Supply is one of the largest European suppliers of nautical products through our stores and supply teams. We are currently looking for a proactive and client-focused Yacht Account Manager at our offices in Palma de Mallorca.
Position: Yacht Account Manager.
Location: Palma de Mallorca (on-site).
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Nautical knowledge/experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP is a plus.
High level of English.
Valid driving licence.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proactive and results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities, converting them into sales through tailored proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with yacht clients through daily on-site visits (events, shipyards, marinas).
Deliver excellent customer service across all communication channels, ensuring client retention and growth.
Manage orders, quotations, and client requests in coordination with internal teams.
Follow up on quotations, orders, and outstanding receivables within your portfolio.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
