Pinmar Yacht Supply is one of the largest European suppliers of nautical products through our stores and supply teams. We are currently looking for a proactive, client-focused and team player Yacht Account Manager at our offices in Palma de Mallorca.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Nautical knowledge/experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP is a plus.
- High level of English.
- Valid driving licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Adaptability and willingness to support team needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, converting them into sales through tailored proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with yacht clients through daily on-site visits (events, shipyards, marinas).
- Deliver excellent customer service across all communication channels, ensuring client retention and growth.
- Manage orders, quotations, and client requests in coordination with internal teams.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and outstanding receivables within your portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
- Provide cross-functional support to the Trade, e-commerce and retail teams, actively.participating in shop operations as a key touchpoint for strengthening product knowledge, identifying sales opportunities and building strong customer relationships.
