**Location**: Onboard international cruise ships (global destinations)
**Contract**: Fixed-term (5 months ±1), full-time

Talent Odyssey is hiring **Tour Experts** for leading international cruise lines.

**Responsibilities**:

• Sell and promote shore excursions
• Coordinate and support guests during onshore activities
• Ensure safety, satisfaction, and smooth logistics
• Provide translations and assist with guest needs

**Requirements**:

• Eligibility to work in EU (EU-passport holders) - The company DOESN'T provide VISA
• Experience in sales or tourism
• Fluent in English, Italian, and either German or French
• Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese) a plus

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to live/work onboard throughout the contract
