Technical Manager / Head Entertainment Technician

As the Technical Manager / Head Entertainment Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our onboard entertainment and activities. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Cruise Director in technical planning, supervise technical operations, and lead a team of Entertainment Technicians.

You will directly contribute to the exceptional guest experience by overseeing the technical aspects of our entertainment programs. Your expertise will ensure that all technical equipment and systems are maintained at the highest standards, enhancing the overall quality and safety of our onboard activities.


Your Journey So Far:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the cruise industry or related entertainment sectors.
- Expertise in technical management, including sound, lighting, and audiovisual systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage a diverse team of Entertainment Technicians.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in Entertainment or Corporate Environments: You’ve worked in environments where high-quality multimedia content is essential, such as in the entertainment industry, corporate settings, or similar fields.


Your Essentials:
- Strong Communication Skills in English: You have a solid command of the English language, which enables you to effectively collaborate with international teams and communicate technical details clearly.
- Manage technical planning in collaboration with the Cruise Director.
- Supervise and support Entertainment Technicians in daily operations.
- Ensure prompt response to technical faults, coordinating with onboard engineering as needed.
- Uphold safety standards and operational protocols to ensure a smooth guest experience.
