ppAbout the company Job description /ppThe successful candidate will work as part of the busy, fast paced Engineering team on the development of new and innovative powerboats within DeAntonioYachts design team. DeAntonioYachts designs and produces boats for the powerboat leisure market. Currently in its 10th anniversary, production is done in Europe and boats are sold worldwide. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulli3D modelling 2D drawings for production from concept design /liliBOMs for new and ongoing projects. Population and maintenance of existing ones /liliWeight estimate for new and ongoing projects /liliCommunication with yard to ensure correct projects implementation /liliResearch and proposal of boat equipment /liliDevelop ready production solutions from a concept design phase /liliDesign and detail all systems onboard, from concept to build /liliOrganize tasks and timings for yard production /li /ulh3Qualifications Skills /h3ulliB.Eng in naval engineering, naval architecture, mechanical engineering, aeronautic, or equivalent. /lili3 to 5 years of experience in marine technical office/yard /lili3D CAD 2D CAD. Professional proficiency on parametric CAD. /liliFamiliar with naval architecture principles /liliComposite structures mechanical engineering mindset /liliAble to liaise with other engineers/designers to optimize overall design /liliCapable of performing standard engineering calculations /liliPrevious experience with composite manufacturing products /liliFluent in English and/or Spanish /li /ulp*Salary based on experience; job based in Barcelona.
