As a Spanish International Host/Hostess, you will act as a reference point for Spanish speakers, removing language barriers to ensure guests enjoy their cruise.
Demonstrate your Passion:
- Taking care of the daily cruise program to ensure correct translation of written material in Spanish, such as menus and flyers, and organizing informative speeches (embarkation travel talks, end of cruise speech).
- Acting as point of reference for Spanish speaking guests during public events, parties, embarkation, disembarkation, daily hospitality desks, and escorting them on tours to remove language barriers, gathering feedback on guest satisfaction and needs.
- Providing translation services for medical emergencies, illnesses, or medical disembarkation, accompanying guests to the onboard infirmary or shore side hospitals when necessary.
- Supporting various revenue services through constant communication and promotion to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Making major voice announcements for guests, including safety announcements during drills or real situations (live or pre-recorded).
- Reporting or handling guest complaints using the SA&PI system, informing relevant department heads and supervisors to offer prompt solutions.

- Taking an active part in a work environment that supports a successful safety culture and contributes dynamically by following safety policy and procedures.
What Makes you Unique:
- Secondary school in Tourism or Human Science.
- At least 6 months experience in tourism (e.g., reception, accompanying guests).
- English & Spanish at least at C1 level.
- Comfortable with public speaking.
- Enthusiastic, good communicator, and problem-solving oriented.
- Sales skills are a plus.
