Overview Luxury Mega Yacht company, small cruises visiting exotic ports 5-Star Service
Responsibilities The Spa Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the spa, developing vendor relations, overseeing and motivating spa staff, implementing strategies to achieve performance targets, ensuring guests are receiving high standard treatment while at the spa, training and mentoring the staff.
Qualifications 2 to 3 years experience from the beauty industry together with on board experience.
Excellent Customer Service Skills and Multi-tasking skills.
Proven leadership quality.
Fluent English mandatory.
Contract Details Competitive Salary + commissions.
Duration of the contract: Six month contract with two months off rotation. + renew.
