Job position for Super Yacht New luxury yacht with 70 crew. Is sailing in Seychelles during the winter, and will move to the Med/Adriatic for the summer season.
The sous chef has the full responsibility for all aspects of the daily Food preparation including controlling of all costs. Must feel comfortable to work in a small environment, and take an active part in the actual food preparation and to ensure that all food and pastries are consistently prepared. Directly in charge of 4 staff and reports directly to Head Chef on board.
