We are currently searching for an experienced Sous Chef who can run any type of outlet, whether itβs a small intimate fine dining degustation menu, Italian specials menu, 6 course country based menu which changes daily or even an outdoor bbq grill.
Managing a small team, your role is to ensure that every plate in your outlet is up to our very high standards, meets both presentation and taste expectations and the galley meets all health, safety and food hygiene standards.
As part of the supervisory team for the galley, you will also be involved in food hygiene inspections, stock control, ordering, rostering and general admin.
The role is diverse and as a chef and supervisor, you would need to be to!
