As a Sommelier you are responsible on courteous and professional wine service; Sales and revenue skills orientation; training assistance for new crew members; safe professional and personal practices; Congeniality and teamwork
You will need to have a Sales and Revenue Orientation, promotes and upsells beverages, maintains stock control, minimizes breakages, assists with Tea Time service experiences. Must be fluent English, plus one additional European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese) is preferred.
Education/Experience:
WSET Qualifications level 2 minimum, 2 years experience in similar position within a fine dining restaurant or 5* hotel
