Seeking an Engineer with sailing experience for a private sailing yacht (approx. 30m).
Position: Stewardess? (clarify role as described: 34m private sailing yacht) - Permanent position to start ASAP - Current location: Palma de Mallorca - Light use in the Mediterranean with Palma as a base - Crew of 4 with nice owners
Responsibilities
Run and manage the engine room with the expectation of being hands-on and self-sufficient.
Maintain organization and motivation in daily operations.
Support sailing operations with a light-use itinerary in the Mediterranean. xhfqzwm
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in a similar role on private yachts.
Qualifications: STCW, ENG1, AEC 1&2
Contract: Permanent
Salary: DOE
Itinerary: Mediterranean (Summer 2026);
Caribbean, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico (Winter)
