Overview Guest Relations Officer Job Description
As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and crew while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities Experience in shipboard employment or similar is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak English clearly and distinctly, are essential.
Additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, or German are an advantage.
A minimum of 2-3 years background experience as a Front Desk / Receptionist in a 4 or 5 Hotel is required.
Maintain a professional presence and be prepared to handle emergencies within stateroom services.
Respond to escalated guest concerns in a considerate, professional, and positive manner.
Collect and analyze data on guest counts, call volume, and behavioral analysis.
Communicate inventory, program access, and maintenance requirements effectively.
Lead by example, maintaining composure and treating all guests and crew with respect and humility.
