As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and crew while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Experience in shipboard employment or similar is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak English clearly and distinctly, are essential.
  • Additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, or German are an advantage.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years background experience as a Front Desk/Receptionist in a 4 or 5* Hotel is required.

  • Maintain a professional presence and be prepared to handle emergencies within stateroom services.
  • Respond to escalated guest concerns in a considerate, professional, and positive manner.
  • Collect and analyze data on guest counts, call volume, and behavioral analysis.
  • Communicate inventory, program access, and maintenance requirements effectively.
  • Lead by example, maintaining composure and treating all guests and crew with respect and humility.
