- Experience in shipboard employment or similar is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak English clearly and distinctly, are essential.
- Additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, or German are an advantage.
- A minimum of 2-3 years background experience as a Front Desk/Receptionist in a 4 or 5* Hotel is required.

- Respond to escalated guest concerns in a considerate, professional, and positive manner.
- Collect and analyze data on guest counts, call volume, and behavioral analysis.
