Shipboard Hotel Director - Guest Experience & Operations

Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Hotel Director to manage overall ship operations and enhance guest experiences. The candidate will ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and manage hotel department financial performance.

Responsibilities include achieving operational efficiency and developing innovative ideas to boost revenue. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Hotel Director or General Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel is required, along with excellent English communication skills.
