Shipboard F&B Sanitation & Compliance Leader

Silversea is looking for a Senior F&B Sanitation Controller in Barcelona to oversee sanitation, hygiene, and public health compliance across shipboard food and beverage areas. You will manage the Galley Stewarding and Utility teams while ensuring adherence to high standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of USPH/VSP regulations, and strong leadership skills. Relevant certifications are preferred. This role is pivotal to maintaining excellence in onboard food services.
