Shipboard F&B Sanitation & Compliance Leader

Silversea. is hiring a Senior F&B Sanitation Controller to oversee sanitation and compliance across food and beverage operations on board. You will ensure safety standards, lead audits, and manage the Galley Stewarding and Utility teams, driving adherence to USPH regulations.

This role requires extensive shipboard experience and knowledge of HACCP principles. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and proven leadership skills in the hospitality industry.
