Shipboard F&B Sanitation & Compliance Leader

Silversea is looking for a Senior F&B Sanitation Controller based in Murcia, Spain to oversee sanitation and public health compliance in all shipboard food and beverage areas. This pivotal role involves leading the Galley Stewarding and Utility teams and ensuring operational standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the cruise sector and strong knowledge of USPH/VSP regulations. The position requires leadership skills and proficiency in relevant business software.
