Shipboard F&B Sanitation & Compliance Leader

Silversea. is actively seeking a Senior F&B Sanitation Controller in Marbella, Spain. In this critical position, you will ensure adherence to sanitation and hygiene standards across all food and beverage production areas on board. You will lead the Galley Stewarding and Utility teams, coordinating with the Executive Chef to ensure operational excellence and compliance with public health regulations.

The ideal candidate will have significant shipboard experience, expertise in USPH/VSP standards, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The role includes operational leadership, inspections, and training of crew members on safety regulations.
