Shipboard Baker — Bread Production & Quality

Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced Baker to manage daily bakery operations aboard a ship. You will oversee production, quality, and presentation of bread, assist in forecasting, and help keep food costs within budget while ensuring USPH compliance.
You will also help display bread offerings in buffets, coordinate item transport from stores, and maintain cleanliness per the Executive Chef's schedule. Previous shipboard experience is preferred.
