Senior Talent Architect - Attract, Onboard & Develop Talent

SanLucar is seeking a Senior Talent Specialist to lead recruitment, employer branding, and onboarding initiatives across our Spain operations. You will collaborate with hiring managers to tailor sourcing strategies, manage postings, screenings, and interviews, and you will help shape onboarding and development plans for new hires.

Ideal candidates will bring 4+ years in HR generalist roles focused on talent attraction, and fluency in Spanish and English.
