Senior Onboard Guest Experience & Events Lead

Barcelona Crew is seeking an Onboard Guest Service professional for a multinational cruise ship. You will handle guest communications in English, participate in embarkation talks, host events, and assist the Tour Department with excursions.
You will present recreational and cultural mini-conferences, manage essential daily documents, and support with PA announcements. A BST/STCW certificate and a medical certificate are required prior to embarkation.
