Superior Yacht Sales Expert
We are seeking an accomplished yacht sales professional to join our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, guiding them through the buying and selling process.
You will leverage our extensive portfolio and global network to market and sell new and pre-owned yachts. This includes representing prestigious yacht brands and attending key industry events, boat shows, and networking opportunities when required.
In addition to providing expert advice on yacht specifications, market trends, and financing options, you will collaborate with our sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record as a yacht broker or in a similar high-value sales role within the marine industry. They will have strong knowledge of the yachting market, including new and brokerage sales, yacht brands, and Mediterranean cruising grounds.
A successful applicant will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and have excellent negotiation and closing skills. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages being highly desirable. Familiarity with Mallorca's yachting community is also a plus.
