Senior Hotel Operations Manager – Cruise Ship

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Manager of Hotel Operations to oversee the Oasis and Icon Class vessels' hotel operations, ensuring execution of standards and seamless port turnarounds. You will supervise neighborhoods, open deck areas, boarding and departure, and collaborate with the Hotel Director to implement the OPP plan.
The role requires strong leadership, relationship building, and the ability to drive KPIs through teams in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
