As a Sales Administration Consultant, we are looking for a super-star all-rounder to play a crucial role in supporting our Trade and Consumer sales channels, ensuring smooth administrative processes, assisting customer enquiry calls both inbound and outbound and helping to deliver excellent customer service to our guests and travel partners. This position offers the opportunity to a highly organised and dynamic individual with a min of 1 years’ experience in the travel industry and at least 3 years’ experience in administration.
- Providing essential administrative support to both sales channel teams of Crystal – Trade and Consumer
- Assisting with Inbound and outbound calls to guests and travel partners
- Assisting the teams with reservations sales consulting
- Data entry
- Maintaining bookings
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records using the CRM
- Scheduling meetings
- Handling email correspondence
About you:
- Proven experience in an administration role or customer service
- Experience in handling inbound and/or outbound calls and assisting customers with inquiries
- Experience in the travel industry highly regarded
- Destination knowledge highly regarded
- Knowledge in cruise highly regarded
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Skills in providing, courteous, and effective responses to inquiries, whether regarding products, services, or any customer issues both outbound and inbound calls.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams
- Ability to take the initiative in managing tasks, anticipating needs, and proactively supporting sales activities.
