Mar Recruitment & Consulting, a specialized consultancy within the maritime and logistics sector, is currently seeking a RIGGER for a position based in Mallorca, to join a leading international marine services provider specialized in the maintenance and repair of sailing yachts and superyachts. Responsibilities

• To keep up to date with all project communications and provide knowledgeable input when necessary.
• To identify customer needs and propose to fulfil them with the appropriate company services or products.
• To contribute to the development of technical and practical solutions.
• To communicate effectively with all parties involved within the project.
• To understand project budgets and contribute to the development of project timelines, estimates and proposals.
• To liaise on multiple international projects and stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• Around 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Professional sailing experience or experience as shore crew.
• Experience with carbon fibre products, mechanical works and understanding of hydraulics/electrical systems.
• University degree or related qualification.
• Proficiency level of English.
• Driving license.

• Focused and organised under pressure.
• Problem‑solving attitude with a can‑do mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to travel up to 70% of the time.
