Your Purpose
The Retail Manager is reponsible to lead the Retail team, to deliver a “Michelin-starred” retail guest experience.
Your Impact
• Deliver exemplary guest service through the development of a highly trained team with exceptional product knowledge and luxury service know-how.
• Facilitate strong team results through the effective management of individual performance, contribution and ensure consistent feedback is communicated and actioned with the relevant corporate functions.
• Maintain excellent product presentation and high standards of merchandising at all times.
• Drive retail efficiencies and consistency in processes, in collaboration with other shipboard leaders.
• Maintain integrity of stock control, levels and replenishment.
Your Journey So Far
• Ability to lead & develop a small team in a motivational style, whilst personalizing your approach to varying cultures & nationalities.
• Ability to influence others, including shipboard & corporate colleagues, in order to maintain uninterrupted exceptional guest experience.
• Proven track record of minimum 3 years’ management experience showing clear business growth and team development / succession.
• Previous experience in luxury / premium retail services is a must.
• Proficiency in Computers. Basic Windows based programs knowledge. Ability to operate office equipment.
• Fluent English. Knowledge of any other European languages is advantageous.
Your Essentials
• Passport, visas, certificates as specified by the company and as required for exit from the port of origin and entry into the destination cruising area.
