Yacht Broker Position Overview

As a yacht broker with our company in Mallorca, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to guide them through the buying and selling process. You will be responsible for marketing and selling new and pre-owned yachts, leveraging our extensive portfolio and global network.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a yacht broker or in a similar high-value sales role within the marine industry, with strong understanding of the yachting market, including new and brokerage sales, yacht brands, and Mediterranean cruising grounds.

  • Proven experience as a yacht broker or in a similar high-value sales role
  • Strong understanding of the yachting market
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with talent for building long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented professional
  • Familiarity with Mallorca's yachting community and fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable
