Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH -02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• Conducting program and management studies, analyze findings, derive significant conclusions, and recommend constructive solutions to particular problems or deficiencies;
  
• Providing technical shipboard knowledge of engineering and combat system equipment, systems, maintenance, operation and processes and;
  
• Applying an analytical ability with a comprehensive knowledge of management functions, technical processes, shipboard systems and principles, and of methods used to gather, analyze, and evaluate information concerning program management processes.
